Linking with the centenary of the Armistice on the 11th November 1918, we have one of the village commemorative ‘silhouettes’ in school, kindly given to us by Stadhampton Parish Council in liason with the Parochial Church Council. We will hold our own Act of Remembrance on Friday 9th November and a selection of poems written by some of our Year 5 and Year 6 pupils will be shared both at that time and at the Act of Remembrance at the village church on Sunday 11th November.

PTA Meeting -
Wednesday 7th November - after school
We will be holding an informal PTA meeting in the hall after school on Wednesday 7th November. We realise many parents find evening meetings difficult to attend due to work and childcare commitments, so we are hoping a change in time will give lots of families a chance to come along.
Please take the opportunity to come along and say
hello, meet other parents, find out what the PTA does, what funds have been
spent on or to share your ideas on fundraising. If you can help with
fundraising, perhaps by making some cakes for Cake Club or helping at some of
our events, or perhaps you are interested in becoming an active PTA member or
have other skills to offer, please do pop in and have a chat. Everyone is
welcome, there will be activities in Class 1 to keep children occupied. We will be holding an informal PTA meeting in the hall after school on Wednesday 7th November.
