Week Ending 26 April 2019
Welcome back to
everyone for the start of the Summer Term!
We welcome Mrs Heather James as Class 2 teacher this half of term. We also extend a warm welcome to Lewis, who has joined Class 2 this term. It’s lovely to see how quickly Mrs James and the children in Class 2 have settled in to the new term.
Book
Fair from 22nd May
Once a year we have a Book Fair which will
be arriving this year on Wednesday 22 May. There will be a great selection of
books (look out for the leaflet in book bags which illustrates a selection of
them) chosen carefully to inspire and entertain young readers and earn, by way of commission, free books
for school. The Book Fair will be open on the following days;
Wednesday 22nd May – after
school only
Thursday 23rd May – before and
after school
Friday 24th May – before and
after school.
This year we have a special offer of 3 books for the price of 2 and we look
forward to seeing you there! Thank you.
Afterschool Karate
We
currently do not have enough children signed up for Karate Club. If you have
not already done so, please let the school office know by 2.30pm today (Friday
26th April) if you wish for your child to participate in this club.
Thank youKey Stage 2 SATs Week
